Do I have to pay for a product to be returned back to me?
If the reason for the return is that the product arrived damaged or was misrepresented on the site then you will have to arrange for the product to be returned to you as well. In any other case, if the customer's reason for return is that they changed their mind, then Todelli will arrange for your product to be picked up and delivered back to you at no cost to you.
If a product is returned, will I be reimbursed the initial shipping cost?
Todelli aims to reimburse outbound shipping costs up to the amount originally paid by the customer, provided that the customer's reason for return is that they changed their mind.
We will unfortunately not be able to offer reimbursement if the reason for the return is that the product arrived damaged or was misrepresented on the site.
