What happens if my customer cancels an order?


A customer can amend or cancel their order via their Todelli account within 60 minutes after their order is made. You will be automatically notified by Todelli's system when that happens.


We only give the buyer a 60 minute window to cancel their order in order to avoid you beginning to prepare the order. Please note that when you start accepting orders, and let us know your feedback via email at support@todelli.com. We are always looking to improve our experience.


You will not be paid for cancelled orders.
