If a product listing is not yet approved by our team of curators, the Todelli system will automatically set the product listing to 'Hidden' to ensure that no customer sees a non-approved or incomplete listing.
You may wish to temporarily hide a product form your Shop for a variety of reasons, such as a product only being seasonal. If that happens then:
- Go to your 'My products' page by hitting the relevant link at the menu under your avatar
- You will be able to see a list of the available product
- Hit the 'eye' icon and you should receive a confirmation that your product is no longer visible on your profile
- Your product will now have been hidden from your shop as well
To un-hide a product, repeat the above.
