To cancel an order that you are no longer able to fulfil, go to My orders > Specific order page > Cancel order > and fill in short form and the reason of cancellation. Please do this as soon as possible from the time that you receive the order.
Your customer will be notified by email as soon as your cancellation request has been processed.
Cancellation Penalties
Cancelling a customer's order can have serious implications for their overall experience and perception of Todelli. We may, therefore, apply penalties if we notice a high amount of cancellations from any one producer, except for in extenuating circumstances.
Note: We expect you as a seller/producer to maintain accurate inventory levels and update your Todelli shop to reflect whether a product is available for sale or not. Failure to adjust your inventory in a timely manner can lead to excessive order cancellations. We will be setting an expiration date to product listings that have not been updated for more than 60 days. Please keep an eye on your inbox for more details.
