Todelli works with artisan and sustainable high-quality brands primarily in the UK and at times from the EU. When you buy a product from Todelli, you are buying it directly from the producer and the source but all in one basket and one order.
Here's a step by step guide on what happens behind the scenes once you hit the checkout button.
Step One:
We send your order directly to the producer to make it. In the unlikely event that they are unable to fulfil the order, we will let you know. Any charge related to the specific product cancellation will be fully refunded within the same day.
Step Two:
Once the producer accepts the order they will then package it up and schedule it for delivery. Each producer chooses their own shipping provider with some choosing for next day and others choosing a standard three to five day delivery.
Step Three:
When your order is dispatched you'll receive an email letting you know the tracking number, if provided, and estimated delivery date. You will be able to download a copy of the producer's invoice from the Todelli 'My orders' area under the specific order page.
Step Four:
Receive your package, cook with it and let us know the fantastic recipes you've made. We feature new recipes every week on our Chef's Notebook series (part of our blog) and on our social accounts. We would love to put you in the spotlight. Email us about it at press@todelli.com with a high-resolution photo, your recipe and any links you want us to include to your social media or website ✨
