My payment won't go through, what do I do?

We get how frustrating this can be, but not to worry. Here's our advice on what to check if your payments don't go through.
 

Check that your details are correct.


Are you using the right card?
Check if you've entered your card details and billing address correctly, and make sure you haven't muddled up two different cards, such as by using the CVV of one and the expiry date of another (it happens more often than you think). If you see a red box appear on the payment screen, this will tell you what's not quite right.
